A Walker based charity’s environmental support service division have received assistance from Northgate PLC in the form of transport.

Building Futures East, based in Walker have for the last 3 years provided a comprehensive gardening and environmental service to many homes in the local area and have been thrown a lifeline by the leading van hire company.

Anthony Woods-Waters, Chief Executive of Building Futures East said “A part of the service is offering free gardening maintenance to a number of elderly and vulnerable people in Walker, but this is only a part of the bigger operation of Building Futures East and our contribution to community regeneration in Walker.

We are proud to be part of this community and hope that this small difference enables a better quality of life for some of its residents. We are encouraged by the generosity of companies such as Northgate PLC who support entirely our vision of local potential.
