Building Futures East has funding for a range of accredited and non-accredited Childcare Courses being delivered across the Newcastle area.  If you have little experience of further education or unsure whether work in childcare/healthcare is for you our non-accredited ‘Check Out’ programme could be the answer.  There is no pressure to complete a qualification and this course provides the perfect opportunity to experience some of the daily activities involved in working with young children.

If you would enjoy the challenge of a formal qualification we have three Childcare courses available where you can achieve a Level 1 Award, Level 1 Certificate or Level 2 Intermediate.  All are accredited with the NCFE an Awarding Organisation who are well respected by the qualification regulators of England and Wales.
